Excellent staff communication. Transportation service from the airport. Staff warned about area scams. Convenient location within Delhi Railway Station complex. Accommodating and helpful staff. Offered to buy dinner when restaurant didn't have my preference. Safe area. Convenient walking distance to train station

the location was also convenient, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation. What I liked most was the friendly staff who were always willing to help with anything we needed.
